Red Wine MONTE PEIRO is made from autochthonous GARNACHA grapes from El Bajo Aragon. This kind of grapes has been picked in their broad ripeness. Macerated and Fermented during ten days before grapes come out from the barrel. Its temperature has been controlled in a way we obtain a ruby red colour with a deep aroma and a balance taste similar to the old wines which were made in El Bajo Aragon many years ago.
The processing and the aging of this kind of wine has been checked by the International wine commission from El Bajo Aragon land which assure its origin and its processing.
It is bottled in Bordelesa wine bottles of 0.75 litres.
It is sold in 12 units’ bottles crates.
